1. How does sleep effect your learning?
Something I sleep not enough, I can't learn well and want to sleep in class.
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
I often get sleep 7-8 hour each night.I think this is not enough.I feel tired in the morning, I don;t want wake up in the morning.
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
I want to change when I come back home, I need to finish my homework fast. And turn off my computer ,music,go to sleep on time. Don't think anything when I sleep.
